In my experience this company was highly unorganised. While they went through merging various design teams, the management did a very poor job at keeping any sense of momentum and team morale up. There was a sense of secrecy that created a culture of insecurity and anxiousness amongst teams. Their groups went through so many changes so rapidly so its likely things may have changed by this point. Their interview process wasn't designed well at all so it made life very difficult after employment for project managers to fairly utilise the right people as no one persons skills were really fully known and management would very quickly favour people or box people in as a quick win.

Little communication from HR, only work life balance for some departments, bad managing and org chart.
