Pros

Benefits, insurance, access to technical trainings.

Cons

Not so many cons. Salary is on lower end but still competitive for this location. Once you are working in client location, you are mostly on your own. Since it's a vendor position, there's a risk that client will cut it in case of cut of costs and you will need to move, thus, it's hard to plan any significant steps like purchase of a house.

Pros

A wide variety of clients.

Cons

!!! Do NOT make a notice when you decide to leave the company. A lot of managers are liars and they will make that you will not get paid. No culture and no respect to engineers. Competency centers are a joke. They just burn down money and can't do anything. Bureaucracy is high. Join this company only if you are an engineer and you want to get a green card. (by the way the company was not able to make it for some people due to carelessness )

Pros

Good environment and offices and opportunities if you're off-site. Grow opportunities if you're not onsite. Good benefits (medical insurance, dental, 401k)

Cons

Live to work, not work to live. Your performance is often evaluated by your emotions rather than by knowledge. Many of your European colleague are cold and mean, but it’s normal for them. Managers are mostly not the type of person you would want to work with, talk to or meet. Your work is subject to the prejudice of the leader/manager, they do not listen to you, they want to control/decide for you. Sensitive people may feel excluded, lonely and depressed.
