Hands off / not big on micro managing

Cons

No business develoment process, they expect deals to fall out the air. The SDR team will set 10 meetings and 1/10 of theose meeting actually have a prospect join

Pros

Really enjoy the team and the work. Unlike a lot of other consulting companies, EPAM actually can do strategy AND implement them.

Cons

Growing fast so you need to make sure you're on top of all the changes and offerings
