      Disappointing Growth and salaries

      1. Good work culture. 2. Professional learning growth.

      Cons

      1. Industry below par salaries. 2. Assessment standards are set high but payout is very LOW. 3. Yearly Bonus is a joke. 4. You will get leftovers after middle managements hefty payouts.

      It's OK, but experienced developers don't have a lot of prospectives

      Pros

      Stable company, a lot of projects ( the number decreasing now, but it used to be like that), good medical insurance, allow to work remotely

      Cons

      As soon as one gets to a level of experienced engineer there is no room to grow, you're stuck on the same type of projects where you don't make any difference playing standard consultant role
