Too much work load. Its worst than a univercity when come to the internal training complition . They expect too much even after you work for more than regular hours . No proper hikes, HR will never solve the hike issues and review issuses instead they say we shall look in next year hike . For pramotions will have yo go through assesments with the global panel even if you have very good feedback from managers client managers and all .. which is very stressfull and in the end they will say need to improve ..
