      Pros

      They offer a wide range of projects to get involved in, giving you plenty of opportunities for growth and development. They’ve also outlined a clear career path to guide you, and there are tools readily available to support you throughout the process.

      Cons

      If you have a difficult client, it can lead to a challenging experience. As for your salary, any increase depends not only on the success of the project but also on the current economic situation in your country.

      There are a lot of opportunities for learning and professional growth, good work-life balance, and corporate culture, as well as support from colleagues and managers.

      Same salary for 3 years during high inflation.

      As a large company, it offers a diverse array of projects, giving you plenty of options to explore and select from.

      Cons

      The management lacks flexibility and tends to respond with a firm "No" to requests that fall outside typical scenarios. They don’t seem to offer a personalized approach. Additionally, the bonus system lacks transparency and appears to favor only top-tier employees, leaving others without rewards.
