      Excellent internal tools for career growth and planning. Extensive collection of internal courses. Opportunities available for all experience levels. Offices located in over 55 countries. International relocation assistance and benefits. Strong company culture.

      Cons

      Compensation is at contractor level, though higher positions come with fair and competitive benefits. As a large organization, standing out requires extra initiative and effort. Advancement involves a thorough and formal process, including a rigorous technical assessment by an international panel. However, the resulting titles are globally recognized and truly worth the effort.
