As a recruiter, I can confidently say that the company offers an excellent environment for both professional growth and personal development. EPAM places a strong emphasis on a collaborative, inclusive work culture, making it easy for new hires to settle in and thrive. The leadership team is highly supportive, providing clear guidance and opportunities for advancement. There's a real sense of teamwork, and it’s easy to see that employees are genuinely valued.

      Cons

      There are a few downsides to consider. The bonus system at EPAM tends to change from time to time, which can make it difficult to predict and plan for extra compensation.
