Pros
I currently work remotely with the option to come into the office whenever I want. Good salary and great opportunities to grow, including the flexibility to change career direction within the company. HR is supportive and genuinely knowledgeable about the IT industry.
Cons
The only potential downside is the nature of the business. As an IT consultancy, the company relies on client projects, so there's an inherent dependency on the project pipeline. I haven't been affected in any way so far, but it's worth mentioning as something to keep in mind.
