      very well-structured company, every process is documented

      bad managent, very hard to get a bonus, and evaluations are very hard and subjective

      Good company if you are willing to work hard

      Pros

      - EPAM encourages learning culture - I would re-join the company simply because to managers and the empathy they show - Decent pay package - If you are not self motivated or wish to be a little laid back, this company is not for you. At different points in life, our motivations are different so I have heard many reviews from colleagues but my view has been positive.

      Cons

      Currently company is suffering due to recession and war Like any other service based company, projects depends on the market unlike a product based company.
