      WRT the quality of work we do the salary is less and the promotion program is broke when I was there.

      Because it is an outsourcing company "they always have your back" in case there is anything wrong with the Client you are working for.

      Cons

      Because it is an outsourcing company you will be paid a bit less than the same position with the same requirements in the product company.
