      Company is changing

      Pros

      - Good benefits coverage (health insurance, multisport, 404zl each month for benefits) - Plenty of projects - Company invest more time into engage more clients into AI (could be pro if you interested in it)

      Cons

      - Hard to show value to the company, you could be top performer, but not getting any benefits from it, it's all depends on the project - Hard to get promotion - Assessment process become harder to pass (it is an only way to get promoted) - Values are that company promotes are not followed by themselves: client centric approach is not rewarded, extra mile is not enough, you'll need more of them

      Learning, relocation opportunities. Great culture, cutting edge technologies, certifications programs

      Cons

      Uzbekistan epamers are almost all contractors in oversee companies. Big difference in time zones between Tashkent and product owners.
