      Pros

      Big company meaning many offices in many different location. So in case you want to move from some third world limbo to EU/US it's possible

      Cons

      Salaries are behind and below. Enough to eat and live in decent place, but not to save a penny / have a car. There is no path to grow (although managers claim it) as long as your current position is open. Otherwise it's your responsibility to find replacement for yourself.

      Pros

      SOME of the people are genuinely good people.

      Cons

      Managerial level is horrible. It is not a collaborative environment. There is no career growth. Poor company culture. Very dark, dry, and unpleasant atmosphere. Instead of trying to to great work, most of the time people are worried about CYA and what you're going to be blamed for next.
