As you mentioned, we are growing at an increasingly fast pace - part due to market demands and part due to our success (which isn't a bad thing!). We believe strongly in helping our employees continue to succeed in their careers, and we do this through one-on-ones, town halls, meetups, etc. We will continue to look for ways to improve our employee experience.
