If you want to work with World Class Worst Managers this is the best place. No Work life balance. Managers in-capabilities will lead you to work like anything. Managers will threaten you to do work. Giving feed back to managers is as good as throwing it into dustbin. Favouritism is at peaks. lot more cons...

Pros

EPAM gives the opportunity you to improve and learn. The company supported me by providing a great mentor and in 2 years only I learned a lot.

Cons

The salary level is not satisfactory if you have a permanent contract. As they were preventing me getting a pay rise after working very hard and achieving a lot, I had to leave.
