- Many learning resources (LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Pluralsight, EPAM's own library of courses maintained by subject matter experts) - Very friendly colleagues - Engagement activities in the office to bond with colleagues at other projects to not feel left out (e.g. public holiday celebrations, year-end celebrations, fitness activities, etc.) - One-time discount for AWS certification exam - Paid junior academy for software engineers and UX designers - Very inclusive (e.g. pride month celebration)

Cons

- Lack of projects currently (market not doing so well) - Work-life balance will depend on the client's project

Pros

-Hybrid work also depends on the project can work WFH. -6 casual+6 sick+15 days vacation in a year. -Salary is good compared to other service-based companies in India -Can be promoted based on assessment. -Many tech events Happen in Epam plus many clubs are also there

Cons

-Getting a project depends on luck, I got it within 1 month bench period, but somewhere still waiting for 6 month+ (due to global slowdown) -Work-life balance depends on the project only -No festival bonus
