      Good opportunity to learn and develop yourself

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to develop yourself, no rush on projects, frequent rotation (yearly) between projects. Bench time between project is perfect for learning and experimenting new technologies

      Cons

      Lack of devices, bad machines to work on. No healthy food provided by employer. Saving on infrastructure is a lame :(

      Flexibility of working schedule (depending on the account you are assigned to), very good and smart colleagues, nice office in SF downtown

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy, as well as many things are not transparent and not automated - some stuff just has to be done through private connections only.

      Company should care more about their US employees

      Pros

      Good benefits and a sense of stability when you work in their development offices off-shore. Good corporate culture and help with relocation. It is very different from one location to another but I was like a part of a big happy family. Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Company culture, compensation and a care about their employees at very bad shape if you are a contractor in the US.
