      Pros

      The company has nice office facilities, free English courses and language classes, good document management. Everything else depends on project - there are many of them, with various team sizes and work plans. Some use Scrum, others - traditional planning.

      Cons

      There is a lot of bureaucracy in terms of people management, sometimes the company is not flexible, when it comes to horizontal mobility

      Pros

      - In my location , company keeps payment on the top market level plus gives employees opportynity to get extra with bonus - During 3 years I worked with 4 managers of my Unit, and all of them were inspiring and thoughtfull people , from who you always can learn something. - Company proactively searches the way to work with people in differnt approaches. they give you a hand of cooperation and its is up to you accept it or not. - Lots of tools to develop soft/hard skills. I do not know company , that is better than EPAM in this , at my location .

      Cons

      - Sometimes there are too many around work activities. Unfortunatelly , If you`re working hard, you have no energy to invest in those.
