Nice place to start the career with many projects and various stacks.

Cons

The salary is almost always below the market and they do anything to avoid paying to the employees. Compensation campaign is frozen for several years. Promotions are made rarely and without salary updates.

I think internally is bettter managed than the the companies from Asia, fortunately for me they gave an opportunity even when my technicak skills were not the best at the moment, internally Ive being able to learn more than in any other company before

Cons

You need to be very technicakk to succeed, here the relatins matter but at the end is about your technical skills, the level of the engineers in East Europe like Poland and Ukraine is very high and the talent from other places needs to be up to the challenge to support at same level the projects.
