      I think the only con I can see is that the company is too big and management is not very good

      Pros

      Safe, predictable, lots of projects to choose from and opportunities to grow, relocation opportunities, flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Low compensation. Bureaucracy. Non-engineering staff is hard to deal with. Frequently vague and poorly written corporate policies which can be applied to anything.
