      Pros

      Company really helps to relocate to various locations and resolve any paperwork. Salary on a good level. Great internal culture.

      Cons

      Essence of consultancy work is in it's unpredictability - once your project is over - you have to start from scratch - from different (lower) position, from different (not so popular) location. Really it means you have to search another job. Also, as a consultant you fill strange among other colleagues who do administrative work - you nether fill you belong to the team, you are temporary consultant. That may or may not suit to everyone.

      Growing Pains and Uninspired Work

      Pros

      -Great Client List -Lots of Career Opportunities -CEO is Smart, With A Vision to Go from "Engineering" to "End to End" -Some Leaders are Very Inspiring

      Cons

      -The Creative Work Was Getting Less and Less Inspiring, Focus Was Just on Revenue and Selling Dev Work -Middle Management Was Given Lots of Leeway to Execute the CEO's Vision, But Doesn't Know How to Make the Change Happen, Leading to Chaos and a Self-Promotion Culture -It Was A Giant Company And You Could Feel It. Interactions Outside Project Work (HR, Superficial DEI, Hours of Mandatory Training) Felt Like Being on A Call with Comcast Customer Support

      Great company to work

      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Your managers don't question you about how many hours you worked today as long as your output is satisfactory. You may have to work on different projects and therefore you will have a chance to experience different technologies. In spite of working remotely, I got to know and make friends with awesome people. And I never feel like I am working remotely. It feels like I just work in a different room next to my friends. The company offers thousands of free courses on its portal as well as premium subscriptions to LinkedIn Learning. There are also mentoring courses where a mentor helps you in practice. The company cares about your development. Epam has offices in 45+ countries, once you reach the Middle level you will have a chance to relocate to other countries. The company covers relocation costs.

      Cons

      I can't say there's an ideal company to work for. People resign from large corporations. There are small cons to working at Epam, but they are not worth mentioning.
