      Pros

      Competitive salary for their requirements, it was my first role in sales, Young and dynamic team at all levels I found real friends in there.

      Cons

      Biggest issue is how silosed the org is. I could also say management sometimes lacks, but I believe they are not 100% responsible as the function is new and their hands are pretty tight.
