- Competitive salary - Good work and life balance - Funroom with PS, table soccer - Great offices

Cons

- Terrible, not interesting, outsourced projects with only bugfixing. - Management doesn't actually care about people and their opinions - Reaching next level process is written into stone. Even if you come to them with another offer in hand you can just leave the company, they won't promote you. - Anything I've discussed about my self development plan, nothing was done from the company side. (I wanted to participate in certain trainings, for close to a year nothing happened)
