Good for beginners, pointless after couple of years.

Pros

Very powerful courses, Infrastructure, internal tools, good processes(not on project), enterprise architecture.

Cons

The higher the title the more probability to meet a poor, rude, incompetent leader with zero emotional intelligence and soft skills. They might promise you a lot and give nothing for years.
