Pros

You get to work with a variety of technologies and have the freedom to work independently but with the support of other employees as needed.

Cons

Management is disorganized. Sometimes judgement calls need to be made on what is the best course of action based on issues that come up that only one manager is authorized to decide on and that manager is in meetings all day for the next week. When other people are asked they just say "Sorry, your manager needs to decide on that. Maybe you can stand by their desk and catch them when they get back from lunch." Often got are encouraged to stay late in order to complete tasks, sometimes hours after your shift ends with no overtime.
