- Much lower pay than industry standard and competitive companies, it is not unusual for employees to move to other companies at a %150 - %175 salary increase - No emphasis on work / life balance - Does not pay out overtime, encourages employees to take time off which inevitably is never granted - Large emphasis on over-selling customers and under-delivering - Staff are discouraged from performing tasks in an efficient manner for clients who are billed hourly as bills are regularly padded
