A Good Place for Marketers to Die

- Good salary and benefits - Stable company in today's economy

Cons

- Company prefers to hire, develop and promote young employees (<35) - Little growth opportunity for anyone located outside of headquarters in Dallas, TX - Jobs are often filled before they're posted internally

Pros

Lots of young people and relax atmosphere. The company is rich and growing. Salary is awesome in the lovely city Madison.

Cons

Programming language is kind of out... May not have much improvement. Weather is soooo cold in the winter...
