Great Food Friendly Employees Excellent Benefits Young and energetic co-workers Great CEO

Cons

Location Travel can be demanding especially if you have family. Must sign a non-compete clause

Great place to start work

Pros

Fantastic people, great nerdy culture, and a fantastic corporate vision. HIT industry is very fulfilling, especially with the benefit of working directly with customers.

Cons

Work/Life balance can sometimes be hard to handle. You're being paid to get things done, and these things can often carry over into the weekend or after hours. Some lack of direct guidance for new hires, however.

- Good salary and benefits - Stable company in today's economy

Cons

- Company prefers to hire, develop and promote young employees (<35) - Little growth opportunity for anyone located outside of headquarters in Dallas, TX - Jobs are often filled before they're posted internally
