Horrible management and a very toxic environment. If you hate spending time with your family and loved ones then this place might be for you. With so much mandatory overtime, you’ll never even be home. This is honestly one of the absolute worst places I have ever worked. The management is an absolute joke. Absolutely no communication and they’ll even throw you under the bus for their own benefit. Your nothing but a stepping stone for them. Don’t expect to move up unless your family to someone up top or sleeping with them. You will be stuck in the same position for the rest of your life. Pay is adequate. Don’t expect much. You’ll learn that they pay more in the Louisiana plant then they do in San Marcos but they can never explain why that is.
