Pros

I think one of the major pros for working here is the fact that its a fully remote company - which is almost unheard of for an Oil and Gas Operator. In addition to the flexibility, I think there is a lot of transparency within the company. Which is a good thing.

Cons

There are not a lot of management positions available and it is hard to get promoted. I also think some of the support groups (non operations) are underpaid.
