      Pros

      EQT offers highly engaging work in a collaborative and supportive environment, with a strong company culture that encourages open communication. Employees have the unique opportunity to interact directly with executives, and leadership is genuinely invested in helping individuals grow and succeed.

      Cons

      As EQT continues to grow rapidly, responsibilities tend to expand faster than resources are added. While resources do ultimately catch up, this dynamic creates a very fast-paced environment that can be challenging at times.

      Pros

      Everyone is very supportive and they help you grow with training opportunities. There are plenty of promotional opportunities too. I like that they prioritize family and safety. The pay and benefits are competitive. They help out in the community and they show appreciation to the employees often.

      Cons

      The hours in the winter time is the only con. We work 12hour shifts but that should be expected in this industry especially in the winter time.
