Pros
Management has some of sweetest people you'll ever meet. PTO right off the bat. Clear communication from the start. Good starting wage. Excellent insurance.
Cons
401k is after a year. There is alot to be expected, which can be overwhelming. At times you feel like a number. If you're sensitive, depending on the environment you might be put in an uncomfortable situation ie in a warehouse with little to no management sometimes.
