Pros

Good benefits, a lot of engagement, they listen to ideas, great coworkers.

Cons

They push self growth and development, but every upper level hire since I’ve been here has been an outside hire. Shows lack of faith in current employees. Limited positions for promotion.

Pros

Some of my favorite things about ER2 are: Warm, family-like environment. I always feel like myself, and that I'm not putting on a face when I come to work. Company-wide collaboration efforts. Nothing is set in stone and we all have a say in how to better improve a process. If you have an idea, it is just as welcome and important as any idea that comes from any level. Commitment to growth and excellence. ER2 is committed to providing opportunities for personal and professional growth for their employees. No job or duty is beneath anyone. We all take part in cleaning and maintaining facilities, including our CEO taking time to clean bathrooms.

Cons

With multiple locations, sometimes communication can be a bit lacking.
