Wish I would have found this job years ago. We have a plethora of product that comes in our doors every day and sometimes I feel I like I can't get through it all.

Pros

A genuine atmosphere of support and positive encouragement. Hiring is careful to pick the right people with the right attitude toward servanthood and the desire to continuously improve, and the company invests in the development of all of its employees, not just management. These are people you genuinely want to hang out with, not just work beside. Benefits include free health, dental and vision coverage. Almost unheard of.

Cons

This isn't for everyone - bring your ideas, your desire to excel, and you'll thrive. If you just want to put time in and collect a paycheck, look elsewhere. The work can be demanding, especially as this is a company that is growing quickly, and needs everyone who works there to stretch.

Pros

With the selfless culture/values that the company is built upon, it affords an employee endless opportunities to grow professionally and personally. If you are a person with good work ethics, providing your own housekeeping duties builds pride and an investment in the upkeep of the company because it reflects upon each team member. Salaries and benefits are competitive with industry standards. Very supportive administrators and team member staff. Great cohesiveness throughout the company!!!

Cons

Being a small yet fast growing company places the standards, policies and procedures at the "cutting edge". Instructions/standards are discussed, implemented and perfected daily to provide the most efficient service possible. If you are not a visionary and/or patient individual, this can be overwhelming. However, each employee is afforded the opportunity to be a stakeholder in this process. This speaks volumes for the reputation of this company
