Pros

ER2 is very welcoming and fun. The morning meeting can be a little much, but it's a great place to start. They have decent pay and pretty decent benefits.

Cons

I would say that the biggest weak point is management. I was basically let go for being sick. I was once told by management that I should plan when I'm going to be sick. They even went on to give an example. That never sat well with me.
