The people that work there are amazing They do team building activities on a regular basis

If you expect to grow your career, this is not the place for you. No matter how many responsibilities they throw at you, they won't give you any raise over the yearly cap of 5%. Also, they have specific guidelines for what that 5% is based on. If you choose to only focus on those guidelines, they will determine you are not a culture fit and fire you. I was told people were compensated for "Dealing with struggles and hard times" like not having any AC in a warehouse in Arizona.
