Pros

ER2 has an amazing environment. It's not the typical "fast paced and fun" workplace you see on every job posting. Leadership actually care about their employees, in and out of the workplace. We are growing fast and things keep getting better. Good work gets recognized, and everyone's input matters.

Cons

As of now, there isn't a ton of opportunity to move up, or make more $. But if we hit our projected goals over the next few years, this should change quicky!
