Little opportunity for professional growth, insane expectations of utilisation 90%+, low level work (formatting, largely copy/paste exercises) with little autonomy afforded, expected unpaid overtime in field & safety not a concern in practicality (expect to work in 40+ degree heat regularly, with tokenistic advice to drink lots of water and stop 'if you have to' under pressure from the PM to complete survey anyway).
