Thanks for the review. I love to hear from employees about the fun they had learning and growing at ERRG. I agree with you that our employees get to work on a variety of exciting projects while maintaining a work-life balance. Work hard, play hard – that’s what I always say! Addressing your feedback about communication, I recognize the importance of on-going communication between supervisors and employees when it comes to job performance and expectations. In addition to periodic performance reviews, our managers are encouraged to maintain a constant dialogue of informal, open communication with their staff. Our employees deserve clear, consistent feedback about goal-setting and performance expectations. I will personally raise this concern with our management team.

Pros

Honest, hardworking people. Senior/regional management seem comprised of honest people who enjoy what they do, and who are long-time industry veterans. I truly like my coworkers and have not yet found any bad apples (hopefully it's not me!).

Cons

1. No company jet. 2. No free McDonalds. 3. I am getting fat because my coworkers constantly bring food to share at work. 4. Our people work hard, but find me a job that isn't tough. 5. If you are looking to make millions, go to Stanford Law School and become a patent attorney.

Thanks for the feedback (and the sense of humor)! I take a lot of pride in building a company that values honesty and integrity. Employees at all levels of the company contribute to ERRG’s longevity and continued success by upholding these core principles. Your advice to management is right on. ERRG will always place health and safety as its highest priority. Also important is fostering a workplace culture that motivates, challenges, and inspires its employees while providing top-notch service to our clients.
