Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I am happy to hear your positive feedback about our regional managers and supervisors and that you gained valuable experience while working with us. Our regional managers work very hard to keep our company’s focus on career growth and advancement in the company. To your second point, ERRG is a compact, but rapidly-expanding firm, which means our staff get a lot of hands-on experience and wear a lot of hats. These opportunities can foster both personal and professional development. On the other hand, it means we face challenges such as the growing pains you mention, where voids in our infrastructure are addressed when the need arises. I’m optimistic, however, that our forward-thinking and up-and-coming talent are well positioned to drive our business evolution and will continue to elevate our company. Thank you again for the feedback. It helps us make ERRG a better place!

Pros

I've had a positive experience working at ERRG. I've been exposed to a wide amount tasks that are either technical, construction, remediation, or management related. Compared to colleges at large businesses, I find I'm exposed to a wide number tasks each day so it's not redundant or boring. Some people complain they have to do too much management support (like procurement, financial tracking, etc.) . The more in touch you are with the day-to-day processes the easier it is to add value to the overall process.

Cons

There is a lot of opportunity to do a wide variety of work and to move up for most staff. Because it is a small company advancement for senior staff appears limited. It seems like the company has lost and might lose strong senior staff unless the company is better about showing the path for them to advance/grow. Also, it does seem like there is a bit too much favoritisms with some staff that have been with the company a long time.

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to hear from staff that have been with ERRG for several years and very appreciative for the positive feedback. We agree that senior staff may need more structure and a defined path given that we are constantly changing with the industry. As we continue to grow, the senior staff positions become more broad, encompassing a wider range of responsibilities. While titles may not change, business operations under their supervision may change requiring an adjustment in their daily priorities. Over time I envision our senior staff having the authority and autonomy to make larger impacts to their region. Suggestions for providing more career structure are always welcome and I am sure Regional Managers would appreciate the candid feedback.
