Pros
The overall culture that ERT creates is that of professionalism as well as a company that is "fun" to work for. ERT management truly cares about their employees and fosters an environment where an employees voice is not only heard, it is also acknowledged. I have been working on a contract that ERT won originally in 2007 and it has been one of the Best contracting jobs that I have ever had. There are competitive salaries along with generous benefits packages. Yearly events are planned and paid for by the company.....including Company Picnics and Holiday Parties. Starting from the CEO to all of the Management Team, all are courteous and truly appreciate their employees and what contributions that their employees make in the workplace. I have been contracting for over 20 years, have been with 3 different companies. I have to say that ERT is one of the best Employers out there.
Cons
I have nothing negative to say about my experience with ERT. After being with the company for over 8 years, they just keep getting better and better.
