Pay can improve with working with them for couple years

The compensation provided does not adequately reflect the level of responsibility and workload assigned. Additionally, there were instances of managerial conduct that lacked professionalism and transparency, leading to discomfort and dissatisfaction within myself and the team dynamic. My lead was very intimidating and rude. Despite raising concerns to the HR department, the issues were not effectively addressed somehow it was turned on me because it was management against a coordinator . This environment caused significant emotional strain, impacting my overall well-being. Fortunately, I have transitioned to a new position at a more reputable organization, where I have experienced a substantial increase in compensation and a healthier work environment. Although this was one of the worst work experiences I was blessed in the end.
