Good salary for those who start straight from University

Cons

No promotions No competitive salary No mid/long term plans in employee career and in projects Top managers are completely disconnected from reality There are a lot of managers, it feels like everyone in the company is a manager for somebody else.

Pros

Great and bright colleagues to work with. A lot and interesting things to learn. Team leaders are great as well. Very friendly work environment and flexible working hours. Very interesting work and challenges. Keeps a fresh workload.

Cons

Lack of career progress(company have no plan). No salary progression with increased skill levels and maturation. (Pretty much left with initial salary and marginal year increases). Higher management says things to the CEO and supervisors want to hear to keep their jobs while there is high turnover of highly skilled people. The company's inadequate sales are compensated with savings on personnel.
