Pros

Absolutely nothing good to say. Extremely unorganized, complete lack of configuration control. Very good at hiding noncompliance from customers

Cons

It is not a safe job, employees work with fear to be fired by the owner. she is emotionally unstable

Shaddy business practices leave the company and the employees in a bind

Pros

The people that do the work try their hardest to work with limited equipment and harbor freight tools.

Cons

The management is way too cheap to develop a solid product that won't be sent back because it hardly works. No sales means people getting fired every month.
