My former manager heard I wanted to transfer to another branch so she found excuses to put me on warnings, blocking my chance for a transfer. She would also deny my request for vacation and then turn around and give another teller the same day I asked off, within my hearing.

I believe it’s a fraud how they keep wining some Of the best employer awards! They have a worst working culture, they run the show like “Italian Mafias” - very dangerous (CTO) and never trust anybody here! Please beware of joining the mafia group. Try to "treat everybody with Respect" irrespective of ethnicity/culture/sex/age ..etc

The team that I was was a part of was definitely like a family. We was competitive to reach goals but also collaborative when one of our team members needed help.

Cons

This is a con depending on what you are looking for in ESL. Opportunities for advancement rarely opens up because everyone loves their jobs and never leaves.
