Important Work, Unfortunate Pay

Pros

My supervisor. Genuinely, the only reason I loved this job was that my supervisor was flexible, caring, and committed to promoting a safe environment for us. I am so disappointed that she can't be my supervisor anymore (as I've left).

Cons

Pay: The pay in my former area (Alabama) was ridiculous. I barely covered my gas and lunch for the day.
