This is a great company for schools to partner with

Cons

It is a horrible company to work for. They have no sense of training, if you fail to do something one time they will put you on a PIP and fire you. They deny any type of promotion unless you are a POC. They care more about diversity than experience and knowledge. They will put you in situations to fail on their own doing then blame you to save the upper management. Oh and the pay is trash. They refuse to higher anyone below a bachelors degree and won’t pay over 45k unless you are POC. Don’t work in corporate. They will tell you your salary at 40hrs and expect 60/70 hour work weeks.

Pros

They pay weekly, pay rates based on the school district, helping in every way.

Cons

They pay weekly after 3 weeks of work, they par you on the third week for only your first week of work, and so on. There's people in HR who are not very nice but overall is ok
