      Pros

      Coworkers genuinely care about one another. Human Resources team is always available and there’s a ton of fun employee initiatives going on throughout the year. I love working here!

      Crap Pay, You Will Not Make A Living Wage

      Pay sucks, they hound you to work, Putnam County Schools Pay Rates Effective January 1, 2019 HS Diplomas- $63.45 per day 60 College Hours- $67.20 per day Bachelor’s Degree- $70.95 per day Valid FL Teaching Certification-$78.45 per day Retired Putnam County Educators $82.20 per day I work every day and my max check is $277.00 / week. They do monthly raffles and you could potentially win Ipads, Apple watches, $100 gift cards and other really nice prizes. If you get employee of the month all you get is a $50.00 AMEX a cheap lunch bag, cup with a straw, note pad, two plastic ink pens and a certificate. Its a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!
