      Pros

      I love working for all the school districts and the school staff treats you very well.

      Cons

      I’ve worked here for many years and a staff member complained about something that wasn’t true. ESS does not care the reason. They will just ban you from ever subbing at that school for good even if you’ve been a valued substitute for many years and know all the teachers. Their policies are extreme!

      There was nothing positive about working with them.

      I've never worked for such a hateful bigoted company. They are not Lgbtq+ friendly and they can just decide to not pay you.
