Pros
Flexibility. They have an online system that allows you to customize the types of jobs that you will see and can select. They work with a lot of the school districts in my area, so there were always a lot of jobs to choose from in the area.
Cons
It was a difficult process to get started with the company. Lots of paperwork, and the paperwork often times got lost or misplaced. Once you get going though, it was not necessary to interact with anyone again.
